Every day I remind myself that my inner and outer life are based on the labors of other men, living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give in the same measure as I have received and am still receiving - Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein was an amazing physicist. He figured out so many universal principles and equations that he was way ahead of his fellow scientists at any point of time. Motivation comes in two kinds – external and internal motivation. You cannot always expect someone to help you out of trouble. We folks go to counselors only to find out what we already know. They just make us think the right way.

So why not internally motivate ourselves and reduce the workload for the professionals till they run out of business??
